My expertise is certified across a broad spectrum of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), underscoring a foundation in scientifically supported approaches. This rigorous training underscores my dedication to providing the highest quality of care, tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client I have the privilege to work with.


My therapeutic approach is characterized by a personalized, empathetic framework, deeply rooted in attachment theory and a trauma-informed perspective. Central to this philosophy is the understanding that the effects of trauma can linger in the body, influencing mental health and daily functioning. To address these multifaceted issues, I employ a diverse array of strategies, notably incorporating CBT, DBT, RO DBT, and IPT into my practice.
